Winchester Model 1866 Carbine

This fine 3rd Model Saddle Ring Carbine manufactured in 1872 has the standard 20in round barrel. The "Brass" receiver is in very good condition with tight fitting side plates and a nice untouched finish. The carbine has a very good tight action, a good bore and clear barrel address.

The walnut stock with brass cresent buttplate and forearm both fit well and are in good condition with normal handling marks for a working gun of this age.
