Colt Pocket of Navy Calibre Revolver

Serial Number 8930    .36 calibre

Manufactured between 1863 to 1865 this model has always been one of the scarcer Colt percussion revolvers, this example has the 5½ barrel and is in very fine condition retaining over 60% of its original finish.

The barrel has a good bore and clear address, the cylinder has a good scene lightly rolled, the revolver has a very good action and cylinder lockup with all matching serial numbers including the wedge.

The walnut grip retains nearly all of its original finish with some small dents on the heal of the butt.
