Starr Model 1863 Army Revolver

Serial Number 39694   .44 Calibre    8" Barrel

This Civil War revolver has matching numbers on the frame, cylinder and barrel assembly, with the metal mostly having a grey patina.

The cylinder, loading lever and muzzle have dark brown freckling with some traces of original blue remaining where the barrel enters the top strap. The bore is very good and bright.

The walnut grip has still legible "GWC" and "PTB" cartouches. Mechanically very good.
