Colt Model 1849 Pocket Revolver

Serial Number 263821    .31 calibre

Manufactured in 1864 this fine revolver has the 4inch barrel which retains 85% plus of its original blue finish with a clear address and a good bore.

The six shot cylinder has a very clear scene with 60% plus of its original finish and retains 5 of its 6 safety pins.

The loading lever and hammer show good casehardened finish with vibrant finish on the frame. All screws are clean with good nitre blue finish.

The walnut grip is in very good condition retaining nearly all of its original varnish, the revolver has all matching serial numbers including the wedge with a very good action and cylinder lockup.
