Colt Model 1862 Police Revolver

Serial Number 41719    .36 calibre

This very fine revolver manufactured in 1869 has the 4½ in barrel, the barrel has a good bore with a clear address and retains 60% plus of its original high polished blue finish.

The frame, hammer and loading lever all retain good dark case hardened finish with the cylinder retaining 50% of its original finish.

The Walnut grip is in very good condition, the revolver has all matching serial numbers except for the wedge. The action and cylinder lock up are very good.
